Welcome to WinDrivers Huongtram. I once had a client with this situation and he also had the walls of his apartment in the same condition. (It was bad) I ended wearing a mask to work on the PC as it is not healthy for you. After 4 times of this, I figured it was not worth it not to mention any electronics exposed to smoke like this will start having failures. Hard choice since it is your mother-in-law. You might want to show her the inside and say "this is your lungs" and let her you know you care.
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!
