Well, sort of.
Chkdsk not only tells you information about the selected hard disk drive, but also shows your total conventional memory.
Many viruses are loaded through the master boot record. In that case, they may take up some amount of conventional memory.
In most cases, your total bytes memory should either be:
655,360 bytes OR
651,264 bytes
Though there are no guarantees, every IBM compatible computer that I have ever worked on that did not have 655,360 or 651,264 bytes did have a virus.
